QWhat's your delivery time?

Our delivery time is about 3-4 Weeks after comfriming the deposite, it is based on the quantity of the order.
QAs long term clients, what other service we can get?

1. New product will be offered with order, so you can see if it is potential product in the market and promote it, and you will have the right to resell the product in your district.
2. Additional fee discount, cheaper price on purchasing products at smaller quantity.
3. We can offer assist on promotion images, and make images with your logo.
QHow long will it need for completing an order?

A
For small order and products in stock, it will take less than 3 days for preparation and delivery, and shipment time depends on clients' choice, fastest 7 days and longest 1 month.
For big order, as we need to confirm all things include materiel preparation, production, this procedure will take 5 to 21 working days according to order quantity, testing 1 to 3 working days, and finally, packing 1 day, so fastest 7 days and longest 25 days without shipment.
QHow do you solve after sale service?

Any after-sales inquiry will be treated within 24 hours once received written notice from you via email, express mail, etc.
Your request will meet our active response to furnish satisfying solution for you.
QWhat's your trade term?

We accept FOB Foshan or Shenzhen or Guangzhou, CFR, CIF, EXW term.
QIf I want to purchase, how to pay?

A
Usually, we do T/T in 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L.
Also payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.
QIs it possible to get a free sample?

A
Yes.
We can provide samples of mature technical processing line; while special types shall be treated with technical appraisal before confirmation of sample availability.
And samples can be provided free of charge or at cost price depending on specific sample type.
Fees for transportation of the sample shall be assumed by client.
But we will return the sample cost to you when we receiving your initial order.
QCan you print our logo or company name on cable?

Yes, customized logo and/or design on goods are available, we can print your logo or company name on surface of the cables.
QWhat's your conventional packing ?

A
Commonly used 100 meters within the length of the cable, we have the coil packing, plastic reel packing, paper reel packing, color box;
More than 100 meters in addition to the front of the packaging and wood spool packing；
Cables above 305 meters are packaged with wood spool packing, pully box, color carton, plastic frame.
QWhat kind of products can your company supply?

QWhat is your MOQ?

Usually, our coaxial cable MOQ is 100 thousand meters, or we can negociate.
QCan you accept customize or design for us?

Yes, all communication cables are customized in our own factory and we can design for you according to your requirement.
QDo you have distributor in other country or domestic?

Until now, we sell our products to customers directly. And factory price could be offered.

1 hour drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, 1.5 hours drive or 40 minutes by high speed rail to railway station from Shenzhen.
