Our delivery time is about 3-4 Weeks after comfriming the deposite, it is based on the quantity of the order.

As long term clients, what other service we can get?

1. New product will be offered with order, so you can see if it is potential product in the market and promote it, and you will have the right to resell the product in your district. 2. Additional fee discount, cheaper price on purchasing products at smaller quantity. 3. We can offer assist on promotion images, and make images with your logo.

How long will it need for completing an order?

For small order and products in stock, it will take less than 3 days for preparation and delivery, and shipment time depends on clients' choice, fastest 7 days and longest 1 month. For big order, as we need to confirm all things include materiel preparation, production, this procedure will take 5 to 21 working days according to order quantity, testing 1 to 3 working days, and finally, packing 1 day, so fastest 7 days and longest 25 days without shipment.

How do you solve after sale service?

Any after-sales inquiry will be treated within 24 hours once received written notice from you via email, express mail, etc. Your request will meet our active response to furnish satisfying solution for you.

What's your trade term?

We accept FOB Foshan or Shenzhen or Guangzhou, CFR, CIF, EXW term.

If I want to purchase, how to pay?

Usually, we do T/T in 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L. Also payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.

Is it possible to get a free sample?

Yes. We can provide samples of mature technical processing line; while special types shall be treated with technical appraisal before confirmation of sample availability. And samples can be provided free of charge or at cost price depending on specific sample type. Fees for transportation of the sample shall be assumed by client. But we will return the sample cost to you when we receiving your initial order.

Can you print our logo or company name on cable?

Yes, customized logo and/or design on goods are available, we can print your logo or company name on surface of the cables.
